NBA YoungBoy was arraigned Friday on allegations of orchestrating a fraudulent prescription drug operation and can be pressured to stay in jail till his pretrial launch listening to on April 29.
The rapper is accused of is accused of getting family and friends fill faux prescriptions in Utah’s Cache County.
“The NBA street gang is a group of associates of Kentrell Gaulden’s that have been classified as a gang because of their structure, affiliation, and violent behavior. Kentrell Gaulden’s music is heavily influenced by such behavior, as he is consistently rapping about shooting and killing people, using drugs, and having a strong dislike for law enforcement,” the court docket doc states.
The rapper is dealing with charged of possession of a harmful weapon by a restricted individual and for a sample of illegal exercise, that are each Class 2 felony costs. Different costs inlcide procuring or making an attempt to obtain drug/prescription, identification fraud, forgery and possession of different managed substances.
If a pretrial launch is granted for YoungBoy, he’ll probably be despatched again to Louisiana in federal custody.
