“And I resembled if I’m going to do another album, it needs to be interesting. It needs to be something various that no one’s ever done prior to. And that’s when I created the concept to attempt to do this musical informed through animation. And it simply made a lot sense from that point on.

Kenya [Barris] was the very first individual who actually put the animation concept in my head cause he stated that Netflix was searching for animation. And initially Entergalactic was expected to be an anthology series. It was expected to be one episode that was animated. So what I did was I simply took the one animated episode and extended it out into a complete story. I put on’t understand, possibly my anthology concept will come to life one day. It’s still a truly great concept.”
