50 Centis suing his ex Daphne Joy, the mom of his son Sire, for defamation.
50 is suing Daphne as a result of she allegedly “falsely and publicly” accused him of “rape and physical abuse” whereas they have been in a relationship between 2011 to 2013.
Daphne made the allegations publicly after 50 trolled her when she was talked about as being a “sex worker” in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit towards Diddy.
In response to 50, Daphne Joy made a “purposeful attempt to, on information and belief, destroy his personal and business reputation, harm Jackson’s commercial and business interests, negatively affect his custody case, and prevent him from seeing his minor son.”
He now says he’s preventing to salvage his popularity and that he is “subjected to extensive public ridicule, hatred, and contempt” due to his ex’s “false and defamatory statements.”
