Yung Miami Reportedly Sued Over ‘Act Bad’ Merch

Yung Miami was served with trademark infringement paperwork at an occasion this weekend over her ‘Act Bad’ merchandise. 

A person named Larry Taylor videotaped himself at an occasion Yung Miami attended to provide her a duplicate of the lawsuit.

He says trademark proprietor, Charlie Cee (actual identify Charles Kenyatta Jr). Kenyatta, who owns Act Bad Leisure, employed him to serve her the papers.

“So my bro @charliecee asked me to serve @yungmiami305 with these papers bc he heard she was gonna be in Houston. The suit over Diddy making money off his brand and label and not paying him. Ofc I slid bc, why tf not?” he captioned the video

Yung Miami regarded caught off guard.

Nevertheless, within the feedback, an alleged good friend of the server says the video just isn’t latest.

“We not friends no more L! I can’t believe you did this to Caresha. This not even new, why you posting it now?” the lady wrote.
