Woman Hit With Animal Abuse Charge After Disturbing Horse Training Videos Surface

An equestrian fitness instructor who was seen on videos dragging a horse and appearing to make it bleed has actually now been charged with animal abuse, TMZ Sports has actually validated.

2 clips were shared on a Facebook page recently … with one appearing to reveal Ontario female Solstice Pecile pulling a horse in a moving lorry while on a separated roadway.
