Terrell Owens’ Neighbor Has False Reports Case Dropped

The lady who was implicated of making false claims about Terrell Owens to authorities throughout a heated fight in between the 2 back in August is now off the hook in her criminal case … TMZ Sports has found out Caitlin Davis‘ misdemeanor charge originating from the event has been dropped.

A representative for the Broward State Attorney’s Office informs us the case was dismissed on Feb. 2 — after district attorneys stated in files they “would not be able to prove the elements of the charged crime with the facts that were presented.”

Davis had initially been charged with one count of misdemeanor false reports after Owens stated she lied to polices following an Aug. 3 argument they had actually entered into in a Deerfield Beach, Fla. area.

Owens stated at the time she comprised a story that he had actually followed her after she had actually chewed out him for the method he was driving on the street.
