Terrell Owens’ Neighbor Charged W/ Misdemeanor Over August Confrontation

The female who was associated with a heated disagreement with Terrell Owens in August has actually been criminally charged … after district attorneys state she comprised phony claims about the event.

Court records, gotten by TMZ Sports, program Caitlin Davis was struck with a second-degree misdemeanor charge of incorrect reports recently … originating from her function in the tiff with the Hall of Famer in Florida.

According to files, authorities state she “knowingly” offered “false information to a law enforcement officer” about the spat.

Records reveal she’s due in court in December for a hearing in the event. If founded guilty, she’s dealing with prison time.

As we formerly reported, officers were contacted us to Owens’ Deerfield Beach area on Aug. 3 after the previous NFL star entered an extreme argument with Davis.

The female informed authorities at the time that he had actually practically struck her while driving. She included that he left his vehicle and threatened her.

Owens rejected the accusations … and live-streamed part of their fight on his social networks page. At one point throughout the video, you can hear Davis shriek at him, “You’re a Black man approaching a white woman!”

Owens understands the misdemeanor charge … stating on “CUOMO” recently that he was grateful for the prosecution.

“If the roles were reversed, they would be going to the full extent of the law to charge me,” Owens stated. “It’s not about me.”

“I just think about others that may have been in this situation and if they didn’t have the status or wherewithal to do what I did, it could have been gravely different.”

Owens included, “I want to be able to use this platform to shed light on what goes on. It doesn’t matter what type of neighborhood you’re in, this is the reality of the life of a Black individual or Black American.”
