TMZ Hip Hop sliced it up with T.I. today and, in the meantime, he’s determined “Kill the King” will be his last solo album.
The ATL rap icon discusses he embraced that regal label after hearing Mystikal refer to himself as “Prince of the South” on the 2001 album “Tarantula.” Tip states he identified a space for the throne and declared it.
He then got the true blessings of famous peers Outkast, Scarface, 8Ball and MJG … however Big Boi cautioned him the “Kang” title would include a supersized can of worms, which T.I. confesses did.
