Stephanie McMahon is resigning from her function as Co-CEO of the WWE … simply days after her dad, Vince, made his go back to the business’s board of directors.
The 46-year-old made the stunning statement simply minutes ago … launching a prolonged declaration on her choice to leave.
“About 8 months ago, I took a leave of absence and within a few weeks, unexpectedly had the opportunity of a lifetime,” McMahon stated. “I had the privilege to return as the Co-CEO and Chairwoman of the Board of WWE.”
Steph took control of for her daddy in July 2022 … after he resigned in the middle of an examination into alleged misconduct. Vince was implicated of utilizing WWE funds to pay female workers ”hush money” after having sexual relationships with them.
“I cannot put into words how proud I am to have led what I consider to be the greatest company in the world, working alongside a remarkable leadership team and one of the strongest executives I have known in my Co-CEO, Nick Khan,” McMahon included.
As we formerly reported, Vince selected himself back on the board on Friday with the intent to assist work out WWE’s upcoming television offer … and check out a possible sale of the business.
Stephanie states her daddy is taking the lead throughout an “exciting” time for the business as it checks out tactical options … and with Khan and Triple H on board, she thinks WWE remains in a terrific area to keep draining fantastic material and boost worth for investors.
“WWE is in such a strong position, that I have decided to return to my leave and take it one step further with my official resignation,” McMahon stated … including she will continue to support the business — simply as she did when she was a little woman — and will “remain dedicated to WWE.”

Khan will now work as sole CEO of the business.
