Scott Van Pelt’s Puppy Takes Massive Dump In Background Of Podcast Appearance

Scott Van Pelt needed to take a timeout from a podcast look today — and it’s all ’cause his pup pooped all over his flooring in the background of a shot.

For genuine.

SVP signed up with The Ringer’s Kevin Clark for a taping of a brand-new episode of “Slow News Day” — and things seemed going efficiently.

The men talked for a couple of seconds — and at one point, they even kept in mind Van Pelt’s brand-new animal was spending time close-by.

But, as the discussion turned towards Van Pelt’s old colleague, Ryen Russillo, the doggo popped a squat and dropped a huge #2 on the wood.

“Hold on, Redd’s taking a s***!” Van Pelt stated while stopping briefly Clark mid-sentence. “My dog just took a giant dump right behind us.”

Van Pelt ultimately required a 20-second timeout so he might clean it up — and it was all humorous.

Of course, ya can’t blame the pup for not understanding Dad’s work schedule right now — Van Pelt tweeted previously today he simply got the pet a couple of days ago … following the death of his old furry companion, Otis.
