Based on new authorized docs, filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez-Reed claims the prosecutors had been sitting on exculpatory proof throughout her current manslaughter trial, which resulted in a conviction, and an 18-month jail sentence for her.
Within the docs, Hannah’s legal professional, Jason Bowles, claims prosecutors buried a report exhibiting the gun had “unexplained” alterations to the set off that had been unlikely the results of the FBI’s set off testing, and didn’t seem like authentic manufacturing marks.

Bear in mind, Hannah has been attempting to get her conviction overturned … and he or she thinks this proof and alleged misconduct by the prosecution is grounds for her to get out of jail, pending decision of her different appeals.
