Rock Climber Fights Bear on Mountain, Wild Video

When mountain climbing isn’t unsafe enough, include another lethal component — an assaulting bear … a frightening encounter the climber recorded on video.

The wild interaction decreased previously this month at Mt. Futago in Japan, where the climber was coming down a rocky ridge when he was all of a sudden in person with a charging black bear that was relatively safeguarding a cub.

You can see and hear survival mode begin for the climber … who punched, kicked and shrieked at the bear as it came within inches of his face, and after that toppled down to a ridge listed below him.
