Rascal Flatts’ J.D. Rooney Divorcing Tiffany Fallon, Cheating, Drug Allegations

Joe Don Rooney — lead guitar player for the c and w trio Rascal Flatts — remains in the middle of a controversial divorce from his Playboy design partner … he states she cheated on him and she states he’s a cheater who’s hooked on alcohol and drugs.

According to brand-new legal docs, gotten by TMZ, the artist declares his partner, Tiffany Fallon, is having an affair with her individual fitness instructor. He states the affair began prior to he declared divorce in January 2021 and thinks the “adulterous relationship” is still going strong.

Tiffany police officers to infidelity however rejects it was the reason for their marital breakdown and states the affair just started after Joe withdrew from the marital relationship due to “habitual alcoholism and drug abuse.” She declares he’s guilty of infidelity, too.

As we reported … Joe was busted for DUI in September 2021, when cops in Tennessee stated he crashed his car into a tree. Tiffany points out Joe’s DUI case in the docs … stating it’s the conclusion of continuous alcohol and substance abuse.

For his part, Joe rejects abusing narcotic drugs … though he confesses he’s utilized drug a couple of times. He states he experiences an alcohol condition and is getting treatment, however states his boozing isn’t the reason for the marital relationship collapse … he states she began having an affair in 2020 when he was on the wagon.
