Peloton Swears Off Kanye West Music For Any New Bike Classes

Kanye West is personality non grata for Peloton — the workout business is prohibiting his music from any brand-new future classes.

Peloton took a position Wednesday in a declaration to Pelobuddy … “We take this issue very seriously and can confirm Peloton indefinitely paused the use of Kanye West’s music on our platform. This means our instructors are no longer using his music in any newly produced classes and we are not suggesting any class that includes his music in our proactive recommendations to Members.”

They include, “You should know this was a decision we made immediately following his remarks. Again, thank you for sharing your concerns and thank you for being a Member of our Peloton community.”

The declaration begins the heels of Peloton’s Alex Toussaint — a popular biking trainer — stating he would not be playing Ye’s tunes throughout any of his classes. He stated this on Monday throughout his Hip Hop Ride at 7 PM ET … without ever calling the man.

Toussaint stated he does not endure hate speech which he stands with the Jewish neighborhood — going on to assure he would promote a safe area and not play “that artist.” It appears his employers felt that policy needs to use throughout the board … and it’s a huge offer.

There’s been a great deal of folks questioning what may occur to Kanye’s music as he continues to fall from grace. Until now, there had not been numerous rumblings about censoring//silencing his brochure — however at this moment, it appears the door’s beginning to be opened a bit.
