Paul Pelosi Attacker Charged With Assault, Said He Wanted To Break Nancy’s Kneecaps

The guy that got into Nancy Pelosi‘s house and assaulted her partner Paul is now dealing with criminal charges … after informing cops he existed to break her kneecaps … this according to the recently submitted criminal grievance.

Charges were submitted Monday versus 42-year-old David DePape … and according to court docs, he was trying to abduct the House Speaker — bringing zip ties, tape and rope with him to their San Francisco house.

When DePape showed up, the docs state he asked Paul to see his better half, however was notified she wasn’t there … DePape then stated he’d sit and await her.

He apparently stated he was going to hold her captive and talk with her — declaring in an authorities interview if she was truthful with him, he’d let her go … however if she lied, he’d break her kneecaps.
