Michael Irvin’s Attorney Says Marriott Video Shows No Misconduct With Accuser

Michael Irvin‘s attorney says he’s lastly seen the video of the interaction the NFL Hall of Famer had with his misconduct accuser last month … and he declares the video footage shows his customer not did anything improper with the female whatsoever.

Levi McCathern informed press reporters at an interview in Dallas on Wednesday afternoon he had the ability to see the Marriott video footage today after a court purchased the hotel giant to turn it over in a judgment previously this month.

He says Marriott agents would not offer him with a copy of the video — nor would they enable him to tape it. But, he stated the clip — which was caught on Feb. 5 at the Arizona facility — revealed a harmless meetup in between the hotel employee and Irvin regardless.

McCathern claims you can see Irvin and the female at first satisfy up behind a pole in the hotel’s lobby — prior to they enter clear view of the video camera.

McCathern says Irvin can be seen just touching the female 4 times — as soon as with a preliminary handshake, two times on the elbow, and again with a handshake to bid farewell.

“She never acts upset,” McCathern stated of the female’s temperament on the video. “She doesn’t act like there’s any problems at all.”

McCathern then highlighted 2 witnesses on Zoom who stated they remained in the lobby when the conference decreased. Both told the room of reporters they didn’t see anything inappropriate between Irvin and his accuser.

Irvin, meanwhile, was present at the press conference — and he did speak to media members … calling the whole ordeal “sickening.”

“This takes me back to a time where a white woman would accuse a Black man of something and they would take a bunch of guys that were above the law, run in the barn, put a rope around his foot and drag him through the mud and hang him by the tree,” he stated.

Irvin — who later on broke down in tears while the witnesses stated their memories of the night — included that he has still yet to see the video of his encounter with his accuser.
