Lil Wayne Sued by Chef for Wrongful Termination

Lil Wayne fired his individual chef at the drop of a hat, this after she dropped him in Vegas to handle a pushing household emergency situation … so declares the female in a brand-new suit.

Morghan Medlock simply submitted fit versus Weezy for what she declares is wrongful termination, retaliation and a variety of illegal practices that she states she underwent when he canned her previously this year … even if she went to go assist her hurt boy.

According to the docs, acquired by TMZ, Medlock explains a journey to Vegas she accompanied for throughout Memorial Day weekend — for which she states she was doing her task (AKA, preparing all LW’s meals, and so on). At this point, Medlock states she’d had the gig nearly 2 years.

Things were going swimmingly, that is … till Medlock states she was informed of a head injury her 10-year-old had actually sustained that left him hospitalized. Obviously, Medlock wished to return to L.A. ASAP — however claims Wayne and co. were messing up the flight back over shenanigans … particularly, that Weezy supposedly postponed things by toking up on the airplane.

Instead of loafing and waiting on them to get their act together, Medlock states she skedaddled out of there on a different flight — informing Wayne’s assistant of the scenario and presuming they’d comprehend. Instead, she declares she was ended.

Medlock states after she left, Wayne’s group kept asking her if she was stopping — to which she states she plainly reacted, “No.” After her boy was handled, Medlock states she attempted returning into the swing of things as head chef — however declares she got the cold shoulder.

Eventually, Medlock declares someone on Wayne’s group texted her an ungraceful bye-bye message, and she was later on officially informed she was being released … with a message from Wayne stating, “tell Chef Morghan this isn’t going to work” — or so she declares in the fit.
