L.A. Gun Shop Says Jewish Americans, Israelis Buying First Guns For Protection

With antisemitism on the rise, many Jewish Americans and Israelis in Los Angeles are taking steps to guard themselves and their households … and a few are turning to firearms.

Eric Fletcher, a supervisor for Burbank Ammo and Guns, tells TMZ … the store has just lately seen an enormous inflow of Jewish Americans and Israelis who’re shopping for weapons for the primary time.

We’re instructed most of the first-time gun homeowners are girls, and generally complete households are coming to the gun store collectively.

The numbers are staggering … the supervisor says this month alone the shop has processed 194 firearm security certificates checks and counting, in comparison with simply 45 in October 2022, and the supervisor estimates 75% of the parents coming in now are Jewish Americans or Israelis.

The security checks are required for anybody shopping for a gun for the primary time … so the numbers signify first-time gun patrons.

At Burbank Ammo and Guns, handguns are the preferred firearm bought … and we’re instructed inventory is working low and the store is doing its greatest to maintain up with elevated demand.
