Kamala Harris Takes a Hike While on Vacation in Hawaii

Even political leaders need to escape every when in a while … and Vice President Kamala Harris made the most of her Hawaiian vacay by going on a hike — with defense right behind her, obviously.

Eyewitnesses inform TMZ … the VP struck up Haena State Park recently on the island of Kauai — all smiles as she strolled down the narrow path, using a clothing that yells, vacation mode!

She was leading the charge of about 20 others … a few of whom were Trick Service, dressed down as they watched her. We’re informed the Veep was in great spirits throughout her time on the path.

Flying force 2 apparently touched down at the Lihue Airport Monday … sources informed Hawaii News Now her unannounced journey is for enjoyment, not organization — she’s expected to be on the island for a week or two.
