Judge Judy may not have actually been a fan of Justin Bieber in the past, and now she’s singing his applauds … stating she could not be better he’s gotten his life on the ideal track.
We overtook the well-known judge in Bev Hills, and inquired about her previous next-door neighbor JB, after she just recently opened about their tense relationship for many years … which she chalks up to him being young and negligent.
Judy informs us, she hasn’t talked to the pop star just recently however she’s seen him and he looks much better than ever … and seeing him doing so well makes her truly happy.

She informed “Access Hollywood” … “There was a period of time before he grew up, when he was foolish and doing foolish things.”
But, now that’s all water under the bridge and she appears truly satisfied with his maturity.
Of course, our photog needed to ask if she contributed to putting him on a straight and narrow — as she tends to do in her television courtroom — however Judy’s taking no credit, stating Justin made all the ideal modifications all by himself.
