Jonathan Majors Accuser, Grace Jabbari, Surrenders for Alleged Assault

The ex-girlfriend who’s accusing Jonathan Majors of assaulting her is now herself in hassle with the legislation for allegedly putting him, and she or he’s now surrendered to police in NYC.

Legislation enforcement sources inform TMZ … Grace Jabbari was arrested Wednesday night at Manhattan’s tenth Precinct for allegedly attacking the “Creed III” actor after Majors filed a cross grievance towards her again on June 22.

Our sources say Jabbari allegedly scratched Majors on his proper hand and smacked him throughout the face with an open hand, inflicting a minimize to his cheek and ear ache. She then allegedly tore buttons off his coat, and broken the entrance pocket.

We’re advised she’s being booked for misdemeanor assault and legal mischief.

There’s one large downside … the Manhattan D.A.’s workplace filed courtroom papers Tuesday, saying it knowledgeable the NYPD final month it has no intention of prosecuting Jabbari for “the belated allegations made by defendant [Majors] regarding the incident on March 25, 2023.”

Clearly, the D.A. and police should not seeing eye to eye on this case — NYPD believes it has possible trigger to arrest Jabbari, and though the D.A. did not … cops are nonetheless reserving her.

As for Majors, he was charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment in March after Jabbari accused him of assaulting her inside a Manhattan condominium. Jabbari was later handled for head and neck accidents at an area hospital and launched.

Majors believes his facet has a smoking gun proving his innocence — safety footage of Jabbari partying all night after the alleged attack.
