Jake Paul, Lindsay Lohan, Soulja Boy Settle with SEC Over Crypto Promotion

The Securities and Exchange Commission is cracking down on Crypto firms … and a few big-name celebs — together with Jake Paul, Lindsay Lohan and Soulja Boy — who praised the forex firms whereas getting paid with out disclosing it … and so they’ve agreed to cough up some dough to make all of it go away.

Jake and Lindsay are among the many celebs named within the SEC’s filings Wednesday … they’re charged with illegally touting Tronix and BitTorrent. Others charged embrace Lil Yachty, Ne-Yo, Austin Mahone, Kendra Lust and Akon.

The SEC says these celebs didn’t disclose they had been getting paid for selling these firms.

Almost the entire celebs agreed to pay a complete of $400K to settle the costs.
