Jake Gyllenhaal has actually changed himself into a ripped mass of pure muscle for his new function as an MMA fighter in the remake of the 1989 timeless film, “Road House.”
Check out this video revealing the 42-year-old star shooting a scene for the film at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Friday.
Taking on the reimagined function of Patrick Swayze‘s John Dalton, called Elwood in the new film, Jake rushed onto the phase for a weigh-in, tipping the scales at 184 pounds for his middleweight battle versus champ Jack Harris, played by ex-MMA star Jay Hieron.
After displaying his extraordinary body to the crowd, Jake stepped off the scale and shook the hand of UFC President Dana White, who was standing close by.
Hieron then got on the scale and took on with Jake as both males talked smack to each other. Jake then slapped Hieron throughout the face, triggering a pushing match as White stepped in to break it up.
Jake hilariously ended with this … “I can’t even believe I trained six weeks for this s-t, to fight this piece of s-t. Just give me the belt now. Come on motherf—-er. Let’s go.”
