J.J. Watt Paying Fan $1K After Getting ‘Screwed’ On Cardinals Bet

J.J. Watt continues to measure up to his credibility as one of the most generous gamers in the NFL … this time he’s provided straight money to a fan whose parlay was messed up after a questionable call throughout Sunday’s Cardinals video game.

In the 2nd quarter of Arizona’s win over the Rams at SoFi Stadium, Watt remained in a position to score a goal after his colleague, Myjai Sanders, had actually required a fumble.

Watt scooped up the loose pigskin, and appeared predestined for completion zone.

But, refs ruled the play dead after at first thinking it was an insufficient forward pass. And, while they eventually reversed the call and got it right, Watt was not granted a TD — something that screwed him over AND a fan who had really bet that the play would occur!

The fan shared a screenshot of the parlay ticket to Watt, showing that if the Cards super star had actually scored the protective goal, he would’ve netted $1,000.

The 3-Time Defensive Player of the Year ultimately got word of it — and stated he’d look after it for the person.

“Yeah you got screwed. (we both did),” he stated. “I got you. DM me your address.”
