Extra particulars have emerged surrounding the sudden loss of life of “General Hospital” star Tyler Christopher … it was a pal who found the actor lifeless inside his residence.
Regulation enforcement sources inform TMZ officers responded to Christopher’s residence in San Diego Tuesday morning round 9:30. We’re advised a pal went to test in on Tyler after being unable to get in contact.
