Diddy’s Attorney Denies That The Recent Rape And Abuse Lawsuit Settlement Involving Cassie Was “An Admission Of Wrongdoing”

Diddy’s lawyer speaks out following the Unhealthy Boy mogul’s current settlement along with his former girlfriend Cassie.

On Saturday, lawyer Ben Brafman revealed to Web page Six that regardless of Diddy’s settling with Cassie, it isn’t “an admission” of guilt.

“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Brafman stated. “Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

Brafman issued his most up-to-date assertion simply hours following the revelation that Diddy had resolved the lawsuit for rape and abuse filed towards him by Cassie.

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” Cassie wrote in an announcement. “I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

Moreover, Diddy additionally  spoke out on the settlement  saying “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”

Earlier this week, Cassie filed a lawsuit towards her former employer and former romantic accomplice, alleging rape, bodily mistreatment, facilitating her introduction to alcohol and medicines, and compelling her to have interaction in sexual actions with male escorts whereas he noticed and masturbated.
