Court documents reveal that Cher allegedly hired four men to kidnap her son, Elijah Blue Allman, in 2022.

The accusations surfaced in court documents filed on December 5, 2022, by Allman’s wife, Marie King, 36, amid their divorce proceedings.

King has accused Cher, 77, of hiring four men to take her son from their New York hotel room on their wedding anniversary, November 30, 2022, citing concerns about their reconciliation.

According to King, also known as Queenie, she and her husband spent “12 days alone together from November 18-November 30, in New York, working on [their] marriage” when the alleged incident occurred.

King further claimed that one of the men involved in the kidnapping told her that Cher had hired him, per the court documents.

She said, “I am currently unaware of my husband’s well-being or whereabouts.  I am very concerned and worried about him.”

“I understand his family’s efforts to ensure he is well, and I want what is best for my husband,” King added.

Additionally, King claims that Cher requested her to leave the home she shared with Elijah Blue Allman without giving her a chance to collect her belongings when he was taken to an undisclosed medical facility in August 2022.
