Britney Spears, Sam Asghari Hit Up Nobu, Her Attorney Mum on Failed Intervention

Britney Spears and her partner, Sam Asghari, are out and about — getting supper in public and appearing like absolutely nothing is awry … although her inner circle is deeply worried about her wellness.

The vocalist hit up Nobu in Malibu Sunday night, riding shotgun while Sam remained in the motorist’s seat … her supervisor, Cade Hudson, being in the back. Brit was rocking dark tones and everybody appeared to be dressed up in brown, long coats.

TMZ broke the story … Sam and others planned an intervention with Britney previously this month … which experts referred to as a desperate effort to support her. As we reported, the issue was over her psychological health and drug abuse.

We got Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, out late recently at an L.A. court house and asked him who aborted the intervention, however he was mum.

We understand the intervention organizers rage over the cancelation … as they feel she remains in severe, even life-threatening danger. Our sources inform us she’s showing irregular and unpredictable habits.
