Nick Carter launched a press release denying a brand new lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old lady.
Carter’s lawyer, Dale Hayes Jr. spoke to TMZ, and says the lady first made her allegations towards the singer 20 years in the past, authorities investigated her claims and located no benefit to maneuver ahead with fees.
Carter’s lawyer says the accuser is just “repeating the same false allegations in a new legal complaint,” however he says that “doesn’t make them any more true.”
