Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter is going through one other sexual assault lawsuit. A brand new lawsuit alleges that he raped a 15-year-old woman on a yacht in 2003.
The nameless accuser, known as A.R., claimed the pop star plied her with alcohol and took her virginity. The sufferer says the star abused on on a number of different events…together with on one other yacht journey and on his tour bus.
“Plaintiff suffered severe emotional trauma and distress, that was caused by Carter’s sexual battery to her body,” the swimsuit reads.
A.R. is looking for damages in extra of $15,000 for “past and future medical expenses, and for past and future pain and suffering,” and a jury trial.
Final 12 months, lady named Shannon “Shay” Ruth filed a lawsuit alleging that the pop singer sexually assaulted her when she was 17 and he was 21. A 3rd lady, singer Melissa Schuman, filed a lawsuit in opposition to him in April, accusing him of rape.
