In celebration of the fifth anniversary of their collaborative album Mona Lisa, Detroit producer Apollo Brown and Brooklyn rapper Joell Ortiz reunite for “About It”

On the unreleased file, the East Williamsburg MC drops introspective rhymes over Apollo’s tranquillizing manufacturing.

“Negative thoughts is like a disease / They creeping with ease I can see how an ex friend could get weak in their knees / And stand for nothing tell their self what they need to believe / But watch the real you reveal you we can see through the weeds / Greed is a muthafucker / Envy is a muthafucka / Jealousy is a muthafucka and its worse when they’re undercover.”

“About It” and the forthcoming “Master Peace” would be the two new additions that shall be added to their repackaged Mona Lisa fifth Anniversary Version on November 24. Mona Lisa was first launched in 2018 that includes 11 tracks together with collaborations from Royce 5’9″ and DJ Los.
