“Because I had lost my card, I was like, ‘Oh, this must be real.’ I didn’t click on the email address. They then asked me for my Apple ID. No one will ever ask you for your Apple ID. I said, ‘This is a scam.’ I got off. I didn’t think anything of it. I’d already given them access,” he mentioned.

Andy admits that a number of “sizable wire transfers” had been initiated out of his checking account and that he had even given them acccess to his telephone which allowed them to approve the wire transfers when the financial institution.

“Whoever you are, I hate you, but you are very good at your job,” mentioned Andy.
