Blac Chyna & Tyga Officially Settle Custody Dispute

Blac Chyna and Tyga have formally agreed to the phrases to settle their custody battle 11-year-old son, King.

“Parties have reached agreements on child custody, visitation, and payment of their respective attorney’s fees. In light of these agreements, the parties wish to conclude this matter without further litigation,” the doc, filed final week, reads.

“Both parties acknowledge that they have entered into this Stipulation and Order voluntarily and free of any duress or undue influence.”

Tyga needed full custody and requested the court docket to offer Chyna baby visitation rights and that she solely be allowed to have King each Friday after faculty to Sunday at 5 p.m. As for holidays, he requested that their schedule be decided in accordance to “the parties’ mutual agreement.”

Issues turned bitter between the coparents after Tyga bought concerned together with her then bestfriend, Kim Kardashian’s child sister, Kylie Jenner when she was simply 17. Chyna then bought her revenge by having a child with Kylie’s brother, Rob Kardashian.
