Jason Bateman is dealing with the ire of PETA after doing an advert learn for a dairy firm on his podcast — they usually’re none too happy with him … TMZ has realized.
In a brand new letter — obtained by TMZ — the actor is slammed by the animal rights org for spreading what they name “false and misleading marketing claims” on a March episode of his “Smartless” podcast.

Particularly, PETA takes difficulty with Jason claiming Natural Valley — an organization that pumps out dairy merchandise like milk — sells gadgets which can be ethically sourced from small household farms … as they declare the cows used for dairy manufacturing are harmed within the assortment course of.
PETA provides … “Cows used for mass consumption dairy products are typically hooked up to machines and milked two or more times per day, rather than being allowed to suckle their calves. To ensure a constant supply of milk, these cows are repeatedly and artificially impregnated — not a pleasant experience — to ensure milk production.”
The nonprofit slams this course of as a “vicious cycle,” which in the end places the cows in query by means of trauma. PETA accuses the dairy trade of frequent mistreatment of cows — which they are saying causes respiratory points, udder infections, and many others.
The org is nervous about Jason’s advert … since they really feel it’d mislead the general public, and are asking Jason to now not run the promotion on his podcast.
This is not the primary time Jason has been at odds with PETA. In 2019, PETA slammed a Hyundai Tremendous Bowl advert starring Jason … wherein a vegan feast was mocked as gross.
