Based on courtroom paperwork, Hoffman was enticed by a web based relationship with a person she believed to be named “Tyler,” who, claiming to be a Kansas millionaire, supplied her $9 million to commit homicide and furnish proof.

Authorities allege that Brehmer and her confederate, Kayden McIntosh, aged 18 and 16 on the time, drove Hoffman to Thunderbird Falls, the place McIntosh purportedly shot Hoffman after the duo certain her with duct tape and took photographs of her.
