With the Bob Marley: One Love movie set to hit theaters, Daniel Caesar shares his contribution to the movie’s movement image soundtrack.

Performing Bob Marley and The Wailers’ “Waiting In Vain“, Daniel gives the 1977 track his modern take. He sings, “From the very first time I blessed my eyes on you, girl / My heart said, “Follow through” / However I do know now that I’m approach down in your line / However the ready really feel is okay.”

“Waiting In Vain” marks Daniel’s first music since final 12 months’s album, Never Enough. The biopic movie Bob Marley: One Love is centered across the lifetime of reggae artist icon Bob Marley and premieres in theaters February 14. The soundtrack may also embody performances by Skip Marley, Wizkid, Jessie Reyez, Bloody Civilian, Leon Bridge, and Kacey Musgraves.
