Big Meech Files Petition For Early 2025 Release

Big Meech’s lawyer, Brittany Okay. Barnett, has submitted a petition for his early release, pointing to revised sentencing tips and highlighting that he poses no risk to society.

Earlier this week, Barnett filed a movement within the Jap District of Michigan, aiming for a “retroactive application” of sentencing tips.

Initially given a 30-year sentence, Big Meech had it decreased to 27 years (324 months) by U.S. District Decide David M. Lawson in June 2021.
