Vin Diesel has denied allegations made by the previous assistant that he sexually assaulted after which fired her in 2010.

“Let me be very clear: Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety,” legal professional Bryan Freedman mentioned in an announcement obtained by MTO Information. “This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly 9-day employee. There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations.”

The girl, Asta Jonasson alleges Diesel compelled himself onto her in a resort suite in Atlanta in 2010. She mentioned after he compelled her onto his mattress and when she tried to get away he groped her breasts and kissed her chest. She says the actor then tried to tug her underwear down and he or she ran to the lavatory screaming.

Jonasson says she was compelled to the touch his genitals and that he masturbated himself. Hours later, she was fired.

“Employers must protect and defend people when they speak up about sexual assault and harassment,” Jonasson’s legal professional, Claire-Lise Kutlay, mentioned in an announcement. “We hope Ms. Jonasson’s courageous decision to come forward helps create lasting change and empowers other survivors.”
