George Clooney Says Matthew Perry Was Not Happy on ‘Friends’ Set

George Clooney is talking out publicly in regards to the dying of Matthew Perry … saying the actor wasn’t blissful on the set of his hit sitcom, “Friends.”

Clooney sat for an interview revealed Tuesday in Deadline to advertise his new movie, “The Boys In the Boat,” — and he opened up about his relationship with Perry courting again to the ’90s after they first met and performed paddle ball collectively.

On the time, Perry was 16 and trying to find success, desperately attempting to get on a sitcom. Clooney described Perry as a “great, funny, funny, funny kid.”
