George Santos Intends to Take Action Against HBO for ‘Defamatory’ Film

George Santos is saying a giant “f*** you” to everybody at HBO … vowing to go after the channel/streaming platform for growing a brand new film about his controversial political profession.

The recently-booted congressman sounded off to TMZ after HBO optioned the rights to Mark Chiusano‘s new e-book “The Fabulist: The Lying, Hustling, Grifting, Stealing, and Very American Legend of George Santos” … blasting it as defamatory and misappropriating his title and likeness.

Santos says he has zero involvement within the “fictitious story” the film plans to promote to the American folks … and is vexed concerning the filmmakers and e-book’s creator not chatting with him or getting authorization to jot down about him.

Nevertheless, he says he is not involved about how he’ll be represented within the doc … as a result of he is engaged on a venture that most closely fits his narrative. As for HBO, Santos vented, “F*** them and their chicken s*** deal with no inside information or reality of facts.”

We’re unsure how he’ll navigate any potential comeback path following his expulsion from Congress final week … however ya gotta applaud the hustle.
