Kel Mitchell, the favored 200s Nickelodeon actor, is now sharing extra particulars on what led to his hospitalization for a health-related incident earlier within the week.

In a video posted on his Instagram Friday, the actor mentioned, “I’m good, I’m here, I’m smiling, I’m with my family, I’m at home.” His replace comes days after what he beforehand referred to as a “genuinely frightening” expertise that occurred on Tuesday.

“I was out shopping when suddenly the whole room started spinning,” he defined within the clip. “So I used to be like, I have to be dehydrated so I must go get some water, some meals. Once I did that, the entire proper aspect of my arm and my leg was numb, adopted by me not having the ability to swallow. And that’s once I panicked.

In accordance with Ken, he drove himself to a neighborhood hospital, which he “wouldn’t advise anybody to do.”

Once on the hospital, Ken mentioned he “failed the arm and leg test. So that was raising fears of like, something more serious, and because I could not move my right arm, my motor skills were not working. So CT scan, EKG, everything they started doing on me, that’s why I had to stay overnight [at the hospital].”

Fortunately, what all of them feared wasn’t really what it was.

“It was actually a bulging disc that I had from a prior injury that was pressing up against the nerve, mimicking all those symptoms that I was going through,” the actor mentioned. “So, I’m thanking God that I am good. Thank y’all for all the prayers and the comments.”
