A fourth grade teacher in Tennessee is in a whole lot of legal mess after she allegedly raped a 12-year-old student.

What’s even more bizarre is that she told the alleged victim in a taped conversation that she is pregnant with his child.

Prosecutors say Alissa McCommon, 38, told a victim during the call, “When [the baby] comes out looking like you, we don’t have to talk anymore.”

On Sept. 8, McCommon was arrested and charged with raping a 12-year-old boy and inappropriately contacting other young boys by playing video games with them and communicating with them on social media, the Covington Police Department reported.

The mother of two was released on a $25,000 bond provided she refrain from having any contact with the alleged victim or any other minors besides her own children, PEOPLE reported.

She has also pleaded not guilty to the charges against her.

On Sept. 28, McCommon was arrested again after allegedly stalking and harassing an alleged victim, said police, who say she told the boy via text that he would “regret” going to authorities.

On Tuesday during a bond revocation hearing in General Sessions Court, prosecutors played a tape of a phone call they claim the disgraced teacher made to an alleged victim suggesting she was pregnant and that he is the father of the baby.

McCommon allegedly told the victim in a text, “I have to tell you something that is serious and huge that deals with you,” prosecutors said.

“This was a mistake, this is my burden,” she wrote in another text, prosecutors claim, according to the outlet. “OMG delete this number, please don’t get me in trouble.”

The alleged victim and his mother reported the exchange to police, who then arranged for the phone conversation between the alleged victim and McCommon to be recorded.

Prosecutors also claim she said to the alleged victim, “I tried to tell you. When it comes out looking like you, we don’t have to talk anymore. Just please God, tell me you’re not going to say anything. I’ll never speak to you again.”

“I’m going to raise this baby. I can do this …” she said in the recording, Fox 13 Memphis reports.

The judge then revoked McCommon’s bond, the outlet reports.

Covington police detectives began investigating the incident when they were contacted on Aug. 24 by the Tennessee Department of Children Services about a report of allegations of sexual misconduct involving a teacher and a former student, police said in a previous statement.

McCommon is scheduled to return to court on Nov. 27 for a preliminary hearing.
