Tory Lanez Transferred To Cali Prison To Begin 10-Yr Prison Sentence

Tory Lanez has arrived at a California state prison to start his 10-year prison sentence for the shooting of rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

The rapper had intake at North Kern State Prison in Delano, California.

Unite the People attorney Crystal Morgan told USA Today that Lanez’s legal team “remains steadfast in our commitment to fighting for our clients’ rights” and may file a similar motion for bail in the appellate court.”

Tory Lanez was wearing a powder pink suit when a jury convicted him of shooting Megan Thee Stallion and he was jailed on the spot.

“Mr. Peterson’s case has been a challenging one from the beginning. Despite the hurdles we have faced, we firmly believe in his innocence and will continue to advocate for his right to a fair trial and the opportunity to appeal his case,” Morgan said. “The denial of the appeal bond is undoubtedly disappointing, but it does not deter us from our mission.”

Lanez still denies shooting Megan Thee Stallion and will continue to fight for his freedom. The prison he is in holds many violent offenders, with several murders taking place behind bars. Fans are fearing for his safety,
