Ja Morant’s debacle has affected extra than simply Ja Morant.

Memphis rapper NLE Choppa’s monitor “Mo Up Front” was alleged to be featured in an upcoming Powerade business that includes Ja.

However, Powerade pulled the plug on the advert after the troubled Ja filmed himself waving his gun around a strip club.

While NLE cannot be glad in regards to the misplaced publicity, he cannot be as offended as Ja himself.

The Grizzlies signed Ja Morant to a 5-year rookie max contract extension earlier than the start of the 2022-23 season that assured him $193 million.  That whole would bump as much as $231 million if Morant makes an All-NBA group this season.

Before Ja’s gun craziness and subsequent suspension, it appeared seemingly he would no less than make third-team All-NBA.

Now there’s a good probability he will not, that means he’ll be out $38 million.
