Tony Hawk showed yet once again he’s got Superman-like blood in his veins — striking insane tricks at an occasion Thursday night, just one year after he suffered a severely damaged leg that numerous believed may end his profession.
Hawk wowed a substantial crowd as part of some skating home entertainment at a service top in Salt Lake City … getting big air while riding as if he had not just mangled his leg in a ramp mishap 12 months earlier.
The 54-year-old hit technique after technique after technique — and the audience enjoyed it, cheering him on as he strung together an amazing line.
Hawk ultimately moved down the half pipeline on his knees to a substantial applause.
