Damar Hamlin Released From UC Medical Center, Transfers To Buffalo Hospital

Damar Hamlin was released from the UC Medical Center and moved to a Buffalo hospital on Monday … less than one week after his scary on-field health scare.

Dr. Knight and Dr. Pritts — the doctors who supplied day-and-night look after the Bills security following the on-field incident — revealed the upgrade simply minutes ago … stating they are delighted with the enhancements he’s made in such a brief quantity of time.

The docs state 24-year-old Damar was up and strolling … and displaying his typical funny bone prior to being released from the hospital. He will now go to a Buffalo center, where he will go through additional screening.

The docs state they desired Damar’s condition to enhance to “fair” or “good” prior to taking a trip … and he satisfied that requirements Monday early morning.

As we formerly reported, the Bills played in Hamlin’s honor versus the Patriots on Sunday … and #3 was viewing from his hospital space.

In truth, the docs state Hamlin was leaping up and down when colleague Nyheim Hines ran the opening kickoff back for a goal … which triggered all the alarms in the ICU.

The docs state they took a trip with Hamlin to the airport on Monday … and while the advancement is an action in the best instructions, it’s still prematurely to discuss his football future.

“He still has a little bit of a ways to go in terms of his ongoing recovery,” Dr. Knight stated. “We’re thrilled to where he is today. Hamlin sent a tweet to his advocates following the news … stating, “Headed home to Buffalo today with a lot of love on my heart.”
