Rapper Tay-K, who was sentenced to 55 years in prison, advocated a 2nd possibility in a series of tweets from behind bars.

Tay-K was sentenced to 55 years in prison in 2019 for his function in a 2016 murder.

Tay-K 47, genuine name is Taymor McIntyre went on trial for capital murder for his supposed participation in the break-in that left Ethan Walker fatally shot and another guy injured. Despite being simply 16 at the time of the shooting, Tay stood trial as a grownup.

“I actually simply require 1 possibility @ the adult years,” he tweeted.

“I wager if I was a lil white kid they wouldn’t have offered me no 55 years for a criminal activity I was declared to play the most irrelevant function in when I was 16….they woulda truly argued that my mind wasn’t completely established and offered me rehab and a second (first) possibility at the adult years.”

He included: “among my codefendants was a white woman who was 16 jus like me…they didn’t accredit her as an adult however they accredited me n pimp as grownups, pimp got 30, I got 55, she wound up getting ten years of probation without no offer…that woman @ house registered nurse.”

Should he be provided a 2nd possibility?
