Celine Dion‘s greatest fans are loudly going to bat for her with the Rolling Stone honchos who had the nerve to leave her off its 200 greatest singers list.
This protest is decreasing Friday outside the publication’s HQ in New York City … with Celine fans coming out in droves, equipped with picket indications and some not-so-intimidating chants.
Celine’s advocates are shouting “Rolling Stone is stoned” … as they slam the outlet for snubbing the Canadian singer from its revitalized 200 Greatest Singers of All Time list.
Julie Snyder, a television character from Montreal, is leading the presentation and informed our photog what protestors are requiring — they desire Celine acknowledged, AND an apology from RS.
The outlet is taking notification … Rolling Stone editor Steven Pearl came outdoors to talk with the protestors, listening to their problems and clueing them in on how the list was formed.
Celine’s fans even broke out into tune, however uhhh … something informs us they’re not making the cut either.
