Hawks Announcer Bob Rathbun Suffers Scary Medical Emergency On Air, Hospitalized

Frightening scene ahead of the Atlanta Hawks video game on Monday night … Bob Rathbun, the group’s play-by-play commentator, suffered a frightening medical emergency situation while on air — and required to be hurried to the healthcare facility.

Fortunately, nevertheless, the 68-year-old is now stated to be doing much better … and remains in “stable” condition.

Rathbun was previewing the Hawks’ video game versus the Thunder for Bally Sports with Dominique Wilkins … when he unexpectedly appeared to pass out in his chair, and shake frantically.
