Columbus Short‘s neighbor states the star’s got it out for him so bad, he’s needed to go to court to get security … and a judge is offering it to him.
According to legal docs, gotten by TMZ, the neighbor states Columbus got in his face last weekend … presumably describing himself as a “killer” while threatening to batter the guy, whose kid was with him at the time. It’s unclear what triggered the supposed run-in.
The guy claims Columbus got his wrist and attempted to follow him into his house — and a comparable run-in decreased 2 days after that.
That sufficed for a judge to approve a momentary restraining order disallowing Columbus from coming within 15 backyards of the neighbor, his partner and his child.
We’ve connected to Columbus for remark … up until now, no word back.
As we reported, Columbus was jailed back in February after police officers were contacted us to his house over an argument he had with his partner that presumably got physical. He was charged with 2 misdemeanors, however those charges were later dismissed.
Columbus informed us, “They dismissed the case from what I was told because the prosecutor felt there was no wrongdoing.”
With this brand-new case on his hands, we’ll see how the neighbor drama plays out for Columbus.
